the evans group consists of fashion development, production, and retail houses for independent and emerging designers.  recognized locally and nationally for preserving domestic work, and providing an exceptional work environment, the evans group is acclaimed for restoring the humanity and quality behind manufacturing clothes, while promoting design and craftsmanship.

the evans group
specializing in high-end designs, the evans group's services range from making patterns and samples for the runway and showroom, to filling small production orders without minimums.  in vertically-integrated studios in the arts district of los angeles, and the soma district of san francisco, designers work directly with founder,
jennifer evans, and her teams of highly-skilled craftsmen, from the development of the collections and samples, to personalized small volume production.

the factory
the factory is an unrestricted retail and event space in san francisco, featuring collaborations with the evans group's clientele of independent designers.  made to keep it's seamstresses working year-round, the factory label is sold in the retail space and through wholesale accounts.  the factory also serves as a wholesale showroom for client's lines, providing emerging designers with a local network of retail outlets to sell their line.
